About this edition

ICE2019 brought researchers from more than 30 countries to Capri to share new results on engine and vehicle efficiency and emissions: advanced combustion concepts, conventional and alternative fuels, diagnostics, simulation, controls, and the integration of engines with hybrid, electric and fuel-cell powertrains. Nine international experts were invited to give plenary lectures. Accepted papers are SAE Technical Papers with a chance of selection for SAE Journals.
